The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We do not offer any  refunds on your orders once order has shipped. USPS UPS being delayed is not a valid reason to cancel your order. Once you choose UPS or USPS shipping, Twisted Aloe have 4-5 business days to process your order which DOES NOT include shipping times. Please choose your shipping service accordingly, thank you!
